To go above and beyond the call of duty. The first to work and the last to leave. The heart and soul of caring. A unique individual whom you may meet for only a 12 hour period, but who will put you and your needs above their own.
I am so thankful for our health professionals that work so hard and tirelessly to keep us and our loved ones healthy. Their work ethic starts even before they are called nurses… their perseverance and dedication throughout their education is admirable. These courageous men and women give up long nights of sleep to study, read, and prepare to be the best caretaker possible.
Especially at a time like the one we are living in now we should be praying for and encouraging the health professionals in our lives and around the world. Health professionals always face great challenges when they walk into work, but recently in the wake of the coronavirus these challenges have only grown. In their workplace, nurses are fighting against lack of gloves, masks, packed ORs, and a plethora of other issues. In their personal lives they fight their own battles as well. These people are heros.
Kalee is one of these heros. Just a few months ago she graduated nursing school and became an RN. Immediately, Kalee has been encountering one of the biggest pandemics this world has seen. She is handling this responsibility with determination, care, passion, and dedication. She could use our encouragement to continue heading into work with a brave heart and courageous spirit. We want her to know that she is appreciated and so valued!
