John Maxwell says that "Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another." Leadership flows from a passionate heart that radically serves and empowers others.
Kendall exemplifies just that! As the only member of the leadership team of a women’s ministry on her college campus right now, she has been displaying true leadership in her servant’s heart for the women that she serves! It has been a challenge to lead weekly meetings on her own and manage it all. But the Holy Spirit is still alive and present in these meetings and in this ministry!
God is using Kendall and preparing the hearts of other women to rise up as leaders as well! And in the middle of all that is being done, God is using Kendall as such a bright light and positive spirit on her campus!
Meanwhile, Kendall is leading in other capacities! She is serving as a student teacher for a classroom of 2nd graders! While COVID has brought its extra challenges to this role, the Lord is still providing for her!
