We all know those dedicated people in our lives… the people whom we just admire so greatly! They are established as true and genuine leaders by the example they set in their daily and selfless actions.
Kevin is one of those selfless, dedicated people. For a very long time, Kevin has worked at the same company. Recently, the company has decided that they need an employee to switch from dayshift to nightshift. Most did not want to make the switch that would alter the rhythm of their life and schedule.
However, Kevin stepped into the request as he felt that it would show the meaning of true leadership- doing the jobs that others are not interested in.
This newness and change will be a challenge because he loves to be around his family and friends.
Please pray and encourage him to find joy even in these new circumstances. You can remind him that he matters and what he does matters!
