Even in the most difficult situations, there is room for God to be glorified. Eva has amazingly shared this truth even in the difficult situation she currently faces.
Eva is a wonderful leader of a college ministry on her campus. Over the past few months, Eva has been wading through a great deal of grief after losing her grandpa, her 21-year-old brother with autism, and her grandma as well.
Eva’s nominator shared that Eva’s positive spirit is immediately evident and infectious to others- she is a light to all that she encounters. And even in this hurting, she is saying how she cannot wait to see how God will be glorified.
Eva’s favorite verse is actually the verse that inspired the creation of You Matter- John 13:34-35. It says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” She surely loves others well, and right now we get a chance to love her!
